Takashi has been advising verious types of entities from small and medeum sized corporations to multinational conglomerates. His areas of practices are tax planning, tax disputes (both national tax and local tax) and international trade laws (especially trade remedy cases such as anti-dumping duty investigation) as well as general corporate matters.
- Tax: Representing several Japanese and global companies in audit and tax disputes before Japanese tax tribunals and courts, where taxpayers won.
- International trade laws: Advising on various entities regarding the investigations of alleged anti-dumping initiated by the Government of Japan as well as foreign governments.
- General Corporate: Providing legal advice regarding both inbound and outbound transactions and reorganizations.
