Chul Ho Baek

Chul Ho is the Financial Crisis Division Leader of Deloitte Korea FA (Financial Advisory).

Chul Ho was a core dispute manager in the New York Forensic & Dispute Services practice of Deloitte Financial Advisory Services LLP. He brings more than 20 years of experience with member firms of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu (“DTT member firms”), mainly working with Deloitte Anjin LLC in Seoul, Korea. He trained as an auditor in the financial services and foreign companies group with Deloitte Anjin LLC in Seoul and joined Deloitte Korea FA practices in 1999.

Chul Ho has a broad range of experience in regulatory (AML, FCPA, Anti-Trust) investigation /review, corporate investigations, and auditing of public and private companies and partnerships. Chul Ho has significant experience in financial and fraud related investigations, diagnostic review of banks, litigation and dispute resolution. Recently he has assisted clients with special investigations of corrupt managements (requested by major shareholder) and litigations caused from M&A transactions (requested by buyer). Chul Ho has worked extensively on local jurisdictional liquidations and reorganizations conducting investigations and assisting in the identification, freezing and recovery of assets for companies under bankruptcy.
