Joo Hyung Park

Joo is the Valuation Services Leader of Deloitte Korea FA (Financial Advisory) and he has various experience in valuation practice related to M&A deals and financial statement recognition.

Furthermore, with extensive experience and knowledge on core issues of each industry sector and regulation-related issues, he provides a wide range of services such as M&A transaction, FMV/ pricing negotiation, equity value, and impairment valuations, intangible asset valuations for PPA (Purchase Price Allocation) under IFRS, as well as valuation of derivatives.
