Yun Gi, Hong

As a partner of the Financial Advisory Division, Yun Gi is in charge of the IM (Investment Management) field of Financial Services.

He provides financial advice in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, foreign investment and private equity. In addition to asset management company, his major clients include domestic and foreign private equity funds, chemical and construction, IT, telecommunication companies, auto parts, and financial institutions. In particular, he has lots of experience in cross-border M&A as well as domestic M&A in Korea.
