Yousef Srouji

Yousef is a partner in Deloitte’s Middle East Consulting Practice since 2008 and leads the Operations Transformation consulting services in the public sector across the Middle East. Yousef is a licensed project manager and is considered the subject matter expert in leading large organization transformation programs across the public sector. Throughout Yousef’s career, he led numerous successful projects and programs in establishing and transforming the business operations of key ministries, influential authorities and councils in addition to the spin-off of various business units into fully operational companies across the Middle East. 

Yousef has served several key public sector clients across the Middle East and led the development of Target Operating Models to transform their business, such as; Ministry of Health in KSA, Ministries of Justice in UAE and KSA, Telecommunication Regulatory Authority in UAE, Greater Amman Municipality, General Authority for Zakat and Tax in KSA, Ministry of Labor in KSA, Ministry of Finance in KSA, among others.

Yousef brings 20 years of experience across multiple industries and business domains. He gained his experience through holding various managerial positions for large regional companies, managing business operations, supply chain management and general management.
