About our program

Deloitte's scholarships are valued at up to US$30,000 per academic year for a maximum period of five years. Scholarships are awarded to talented Caymanians pursuing a degree at a reputable university in a subject that will allow them to pursue a career at Deloitte in the Cayman Islands. Scholarship recipients will have the opportunity to gain paid professional experience over the summer months as an intern and then join us full-time upon completion of their degree.

Deloitte offers scholarships for Associates, Bachelor’s and Master’s degree programs for local or overseas studies. Scholarships are granted on a competitive basis and proven intellectual achievement at a high standard is a prerequisite.

Dominic Owens
“I was very excited upon receiving the news of the scholarship award as I believe my hard work and dedication during my high school years has been recognized in this way. I am grateful that Deloitte supports the development of Caymanians in such an important industry.”

Reggiena Erispe
“I was ecstatic and relieved when I found out I received the scholarship. It is tough to acquire a scholarship from a Big Four company, since it is highly competitive and only a couple are chosen among a myriad of applicants. Receiving a scholarship for something I want to pursue in my life has proven to me that anything is possible.”
