Mark spent his early career in Scotland before leaving for Almaty to head Deloitte’s regional Financial Services audit group in 2007. Since 2012, Mark has been Managing Partner for the Caspian Region. He works with clients in the banking, insurance and manufacturing sectors and has provided audit services under IFRS, US GAAP and UK GAAP. Mark holds a Degree in Accounting and Marketing and is a Chartered Accountant (Scotland).

Alua heads up the Astana office and has more than 12 years of experience, serving some of Kazakhstan’s biggest companies. She attended Kazakhstan Economic University, is a CPA (New Hampshire), studied Japanese at the ARC Academy in Tokyo, and holds a category one licence as a broker – dealer, from the National Commission on Securities. Alua provides IFRS audit services and IPO advice and assistance to large Kazakh state companies. Alua’s interests are yoga, travel and languages.

She graduated from Saint-Petersburg State University and has a PhD in economic science. Olga is a US CPA and serves as the Risk Leader, Audit, Independence and Ethics leader for Deloitte’s Caspian practice. She works with firms in a range of sectors including consumer business, mining, transport, and telecoms. Olga enjoys travel and skiing.

He is a Certified Public Accountant (USA), a Qualified Kazakhstan Auditor, and a Board Member of the Kazakhstan Chamber of Auditors. Roman specialises in the Financial Services Sector, auditing a large number of banks, leasing companies and pension funds throughout the region. He enjoys traveling to exotic countries in his spare time.
