Gautam is a Director with the Deloitte Middle East Human Capital Advisory Practice. He has 15 years of experience advising leading firms on Human Capital strategic issues, driving large scale change and transformation programs and delivering business value. His expertise spans over multiple sectors where he has worked on areas such as organization design, HR operating model, HR Shareed Services, HR policies, employee experience design and change management. Gautam has also worked with numerous organizations during their startup phase helping them establish HR services.

Gautam was a Director with Deloitte India’s Human Capital Advisory practice and has experience of working in diverse geographies such as the GCC, India and Sri Lanka.
