Vishal is an M&A Tax partner based within the International and M&A tax team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE). Vishal relocated to the Middle East from the United Kingdom (UK) firm (St Albans) in 2014. He has over 17 years of tax specific experience and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation (CIOT) in the UK.
Vishal currently assists several regional investment businesses (primarily Sovereign Wealth Funds), as well as provides inbound and outbound clients with transactional tax advice across the Middle East region.
