Ukrainian nationals: Residence and work in Lithuania

Lithuania has already introduced a preferable regulation on work and residence of Ukrainian nationals.
To summarize, after registration at the Migration department, Ukrainian nationals can work under employment contracts or be self-employed under either of the below conditions:
- During 90-day visa-free regime (with biometric passports or Schengen visas)
- After applying for TRP due to humanitarian reasons
- After obtaining a national visa due to humanitarian reasons
- After applying for TRP for work purposes (ordinary TRP or Blue Card), etc.
Employers of UA nationals are exempted from requirement to apply for work permits/decisions from the Employer Service Office.
