4 August 2015, Vilnius. An International audit and consulting company Deloitte has appointed a new head of Tax Advisory department, tax partner Kristine Jarve, who will take a lead of Deloitte Lithuania tax advisory services.

Kristine has over 15 years of professional experience. For about 10 years she was working for another international advisory company, providing tax consulting services to Latvian, Pan-Baltic and international clients. Within the consecutive 4 years Kristine continued her career in London office of the same international advisory company. Kristine was a part of global Tax Policy and Controversy Network of previous professional services firm where she was involved in multinational projects. Kristine was also responsible for strategic planning, organizational design and implementation, pursuit of go to market opportunities and delivering global client engagements.
“This year Deloitte has been recognized as tax firm and transfer pricing firm of the year in the Baltics and Central Europe“, says Kristine Jarve. “Thus, my core objectives will be to maintain the same level and strenghten company‘s position in tax market. Additionally, I will be involved in tax services portfolio expansion and assurance of enhanced-quality of tax and BPO services. In cooperation with my proficient peers I am confident to reach our challenging goals”, comments Kristine.
Kristine is a graduate of Stockholm School of Economics in Riga and Oxford Brookes University. She also obtained Master’s degree in Business Administration at the University of Latvia and PhD of Economics and Business Administration at Riga Technical University. Kristine is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), Latvian Tax Consultants Association and the Chartered Institute of Taxation (CIOT).
