Tomas Mieliauskas is a Managing Associate at Deloitte Legal leading Lithuanian Corporate and M&A practice. On a daily basis, his practice mostly focuses on a general corporate advice and managing complex M&A transactions.
Tomas was leading lawyer teams and advised on a wide range of transactions, including public and private M&A (both domestic and cross-border), joint ventures in various industries and equity issues, as well as demergers, restructurings, liquidation and corporate governance issues. On a number of occasions, he advised clients in mitigation risks, as well as representing their interests in shareholders disputes in the courts.
