Antoine joined Deloitte in 2018, he is a Manager in the Human Capital Adivsory Services department where he participates in Digital Transformation and Technology projects. He mostly focuses on IT & Finance, HR transformation projects, with an emphasis on implementation, test, and change management.
Antoine is leading IT projects and integration projects and is therefore able to manage each stream of a project delivery: plan, design, build, deploy and support. Thanks to his experience, Antoine is recognized as a key partner to face its client’s challenges in relation to IT or HR digital transformation.
Prior to joining Deloitte, Antoine worked as an Associate Consultant for DXC.Technology in Paris, where he was assigned to missions for both public and private sector clients over several HR/IT subjects such as: Core Human Resources and Payroll, Payroll Administration, Workforce Management, Document Management, HRIS project management, HRIS implementation and blueprint.
He holds a Master II from IAE de Paris/Sorbonne Business School.
Thanks to his experience, Antoine has developed a strong expertise and understanding of the challenges facing IT, Operations and HR. He is a team player, result-oriented, experienced and is very comfortable working in a multicultural environment.
