Dinko joined Deloitte as Senior Manager in Cross-Border Tax - Transfer Pricing department in 2015 and was promoted to the role of Partner in the Transfer Pricing Sub Service line in 2021. He represents the Transfer Pricing practice in Deloitte focusing on intra-group financing, including debt pricing.
He specializes in intra-group financial transactions for clients in the alternative investment industry multinationals. Since 2005 he has helped clients to solve complex cross-border tax issues and successfully implemented transfer pricing solutions for a wide range of intra-group arrangements.
In 2022, Dinko authored a Global Survey in Transfer Pricing of Financial Guarantees that aims to gather insights on countries’ perspectives and practices related to financial guarantees.
Dinko holds a master’s degree (LL.M.) in international law from the University of Groningen, the Netherlands, where he specialized in international tax law.
He is fluent in Bulgarian, English, and Russian languages, and uses French, German and Spanish.
