Francisco joined Deloitte in 2008, and currently serves as a Partner in the Cross-Border Tax sector having been appointed as Real Estate Tax Leader and Infrastructure Sector Leader for Deloitte Luxembourg.
Francisco has extensive experience in Mergers and Acquisitions, especially in the Real Assets industry (encompassing Real Estate and Infrastructure). He has developed expertise not only in Luxembourg but also with a focus on Pan-EU businesses in this Industry, where he assists a wide variety of public and private clients in the Real Estate and Infrastructure sector. As part of his work, Francisco handles international tax structuring advice for these clients and assists them in all phases and levels related to Alternative Investment Funds.
Francisco is as well a frequent speaker in conferences and author of several articles related to International Tax. He is an active member of INREV, GIIA, ALFI and the LPEA.
He is a Lawyer registered in the Portuguese Bar Association and since the beginning of his career has always performed its activity in the field of international tax. He is fluent in Portuguese, English, French and Spanish.
