Guillaume joined Deloitte in 2011, and currently serves as Partner in Advisory & Consulting for the Investment Management industry.
He started his career as an external auditor specialized in investment funds and PERE. Since joining Deloitte, Guillaume has worked on matters relating to regulatory compliance and cross-border distribution within Deloitte’s Consulting IM & PERE Services. He has a vast experience in regulatory operations and change management. Currently, he focuses on RegTech initiatives and digitalization of financial services.
Guillaume developed new products and services such as (i) the AIFMD Notification and (i) the European Investors Facilities Services, a platform that provides facilities to investors according to the requirements of the Directive 2019/1160/EU. Guillaume also developed a Market Intelligence tool known as the Fund Registration World Tour.
Guillaume oversees the cross-border distribution activities for fund promoters, asset managers and management companies.
At present, Guillaume heads the operations, and the business development within the Distribution, Advisory & Support team.
He holds a Master Degree in Business Administration and speaks French and English.
