Hana joined Deloitte in 2018, and currently serves as Partner in the Corporate & Accounting department for the Corporate Secretarial Services.
Hana has extensive experience in the Corporate Secretarial and Legal Entity Management service type – especially of regulated and non-regulated structures. Hana also specializes in the IM industry and has in-depth expertise in the regulated fund structure use cases.
Hana is also a member of ILA and Co-Chairs the ILA Committee of Financial Companies. Through this initiative, Deloitte Luxembourg collaborates with other ILA Committees in relation to regulations, hot topics on governance matters as well as upcoming trends on the financial market.
She holds a fully qualified attorney-at-law degree from the University of Trier. She is fluent in German, English and Japanese and speaks basic French.
