Thierry joined Deloitte in 2011, and currently serves as Partner for the International Tax sector.
Thierry has extensive experience in international tax matters – especially in cross-border investments and reorganizations (post-merger/acquisition integration). He frequently advises multinationals on the tax aspects of centralizing holding, financing (treasury solutions) and licensing/IP activities not only in Luxembourg but also on Pan-European acquisition strategies, mergers and joint ventures.
He leads the Global Innovation and Investment Incentives services for the various industries served by Deloitte Luxembourg and is specialized in IP tax strategies.
Thierry specializes in Pillar 2 services for the companies/groups in-scope of those new International tax rules.
He holds a master degrees from Université Jean Moulin Lyon (Master 1 de droit et finance de l’entreprise, Master 2 de droit des affaires et fiscalité, Diplôme de Juriste Conseil en Entreprise avec spécialité fiscale). He is fluent in French and English.
