Ekaterina Volotovskaya joined Deloitte in March 2001 as senior in the audit department, where she currently serves as an audit partner for banks, securitization vehicles and private equity/ real estate funds. Ekaterina has over 18 years of experience in the financial services industry auditing commercial and investment banks, investment and securitization companies as well as taking part in special assignments such as Due Diligence and forensic investigations. In addition to serving portfolio of banking clients Ekaterina is leading securitization industry group for Deloitte Luxembourg working directly with largest international investment Banks for the audit of SPVs established in Luxembourg. Ekaterina leads business development effort for CIS and Russian market for the firm in Luxembourg and also involved in audit of number of entities including private equity and real estate companies originated by russian and CIS clients. Ekaterina is a Certified Public Accountant ( US) and a member of ACCA ( UK).
Benjamin is a Partner in our Cross Border Tax – Mergers & Acquisitions department and has 13 years in aggregate of experience in international tax with a specific focus on Debt, Real Estate and Investment Funds. Prior to being appointed Director, he spent almost 2 years in the Deloitte International Tax Centre of Excellence for the Middle East and North Africa region located in Dubai where he oversaw and coordinated M&A transactions across the Middle East and overseas. Benjamin was also seconded to the Luxembourg desk of our US office in 2009. Benjamin has an extensive experience in structuring cross-border transactions for Luxembourg or foreign investment funds. He also assisted many investors in establishing their fund vehicles in Luxembourg whether regulated or not. Benjamin is leading the credit funds business for tax since 2018. Benjamin holds a Master Degree in European Business Law from the Université of Paris-XI and a Master Degree in Management and Law from HEC Paris.
