Partner | Banking and Human Capital Leader

Pascal Martino has 20 years of experience in Business Consulting and Advisory services and developed a wide expertise in Private and Retail Banking. Pascal is leading the Banking industry transversally for Deloitte Luxembourg, and the Human Capital Services. Pascal is as well coordinating the Clients & Industries for the Advisory & Consulting department. Its areas of expertise cover the project management of large and complex strategic projects, the analysis and definition of business and corresponding operating and technical models, the analysis & definition and implementation of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and the review of business processes based in particular on lean / six sigma methodology. Pascal also developed an expertise on key regulatory aspects as MiFID 1 and 2. Pascal’s educational background blends a financial and business management degree completed with an academic exchange in a German graduate school of management. Pascal is certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and is internal and external trainer for Project Management.

Pascal is a partner within the advisory and consulting department and has over 17 years of banking experience (front, middle, back-offices and IT) combined with his knowledge of consulting methodologies, specialisation in current banking regulatory hot topics, specialisation in top-tier European banks (ING, Fortis, Dexia, etc.). He is currently focused on anti-money laundering, fraud prevention and SWIFT.

Alexandre joined Deloitte Luxembourg in 2015 after 5 years as a Project Manager for an international banking group in Paris. He is now acting as a Director in our Consulting department, working mostly on Banking Transformation projects. He is leading the payments practice in Luxembourg and supports banking clients on regulatory and transformation projects across EMEA. Alexandre is also leading several operational services at Deloitte Solutions, a supervised subsidiary of Deloitte Luxembourg, to provide banking and investment management clients with end-to-end solutions.
