Deloitte Luxembourg was awarded Tax firm of the year 2020 for the second consecutive year. On the regional level, Deloitte member firms have collectively received these prestigious honours:

Entreprise Socialement Responsable—ESR 2020-2023

Deloitte Luxembourg was awarded the ESR label for actions implemented since the last award in 2017. This label acknowledges the corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities of Luxembourg companies, ensuring sustainability, and promoting the CSR concept to other companies. This accreditation is valid for 3 years.

Best use of AI & Data Award 2020

This award is a major achievement for our AI Lab team, which delivers actionable artificial intelligence (AI) applications on a daily basis. Deloitte’s AI lab has developed relevant products and solutions within the field of visual intelligence, based on advanced AI techniques with underlying neural networks. Providers can connect with fully trained AI models through an API connection.

Best Digital Transformation Project of the Year Award 2020

Deloitte Luxembourg was recognised for helping a major energy supplier improve its customer experience and develop new digital offerings. Notably, Deloitte enabled the implementation of Salesforce Service Cloud, which allows agents to track customer demand across multiple channels for easy follow-up.

SuperDrecksKëscht 2020

This label is a seal of approval for environmentally sound waste management and is certified to DIN EN ISO 14024 standards. SuperDrecksKëscht is part of the Luxembourg government’s waste management strategy and follows the European Commission’s recommendations on the management and consumption of sustainable materials.

Jonk Entrepreneuren certificate 2020

Deloitte Luxembourg received this certificate for having the largest number of volunteers in 2019 and 2020 for projects aiming to perpetuate and boost “entrepreneurial spirit” in Luxembourg’s education system. Deloitte Luxembourg raised awareness and helped teach young people about the world of economy and entrepreneurship, strengthening the links between education and business in Luxembourg.

Catalyst Award for advancing women in leadership

Catalyst, a leading global NGO focused on accelerating progress for women through workplace inclusion, named Deloitte one of its three 2020 award winners—and the only professional services provider on the list.

Workplace Pride Global Benchmark 2020 Top Scorer (Global)
