Advancing gender equality has been a long standing commitment at Deloitte and we continuously explore new ways to create a more diverse and inclusive Firm where all our talent can thrive.

Conscious of the biases that can sometimes hinder women in having the ambition to reach higher and become leaders of tomorrow, we have launched in 2022 the Women in/to Leadership network.

Under the umbrella of our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiative, this project focuses on three key pillars to structure its actions:

  • Inspiring: Bringing men and women together to share inspiring experiences, ideas and models to help women navigate the challenges of their professional and private lives, develop and leverage their skills, and step into roles of greater influence.
  • Connecting: Providing the opportunity for our women of all grades and service lines to come together, grow their network internally and externally, learn from experts, and discuss relevant topics to help them achieve their professional goals.
  • Empowering: Helping women grow and trust their soft and hard skills, learn from successful leaders and mentors, and gain the required tools and inspiration to take the next step in their career to become confident and effective leaders
