Yves Francis
Managing Partner
Yves is the Managing Partner of Deloitte Luxembourg since 2009 and has recently been re-elected for another four year term starting June 2014.
He joined Deloitte in 1990 and has been a member of the country leadership team since 2005. Yves was Europe, Middle-East and Africa leader for Deloitte’s investment management practice from 2003 to 2008.
Vincent Gouverneur
Partner - Clients & Markets Leader
Vincent is a partner within the advisory and consulting department and also leads the clients and markets initiative as well as all services relating to the investment management industry in the Europe, Middle-East and Africa (EMEA) region.
He has 20 years of experience in dealing with pan-European distributed funds. Vincent is responsible for the coordination of our EMEA investment management practices and sponsors many initiatives ensuring consistency of approach and leveraging our network capabilities to best serve our international clients. He is the Luxembourg financial services industry leader covering consulting, audit and tax services.
Raymond Krawczykowski
Partner - Tax Leader
Raymond is partner and leader of the tax department since June 2012. He has over 15 years of tax experience. He is focusing on merger and acquisition transactions, as well as alternative investment funds. He leads Deloitte Luxembourg's private equity practice.
Raymond is a member of the Luxembourg investment fund association (ALFI)’s private equity and venture capital working group, Islamic finance qualification, Luxembourg tax accountant and member of the Luxembourg institute of chartered accountants (OEC).
Sophie Mitchell
Partner - Audit Leader
Sophie is partner and leader of the audit department since June 2012. She has over 21 years of experience in auditing. Since joining the firm, Sophie has gained vast experience working on diverse commercial companies and is now specialised in the private equity and real estate industries.
More specifically, she has extensive experience of auditing consolidated accounts under LUX GAAP or IFRS. She is a member of the Deloitte Luxembourg real estate funds working group.
Joël Vanoverschelde
Partner - Advisory and Consulting leader
Joël is partner and leader of the advisory and consulting department since June 2013 with over 17 years of experience in consulting. He is an expert in programme management, project management and development based on new technologies, as well as migration and integration on such technologies.
For 10 years, Joël has also been leading the information technology practice for Deloitte Luxembourg. In addition, he has built up extensive expertise in setting up, leading and ensuring the delivery of very large business transformation processes with a strong IT dimension and involvement. This specific expertise has been developed mainly for large financial institutions in Luxembourg and Belgium.
Benjamin Collette
Partner - Talent and Innovation Leader
Benjamin is an Advisory & Consulting Partner. He is specialised in Strategy and Operations set-up and efficiency engagements.
He leads the Strategy, the Corporate Finance and the Regulatory Practices of Deloitte Luxembourg and coordinates our consulting offerings towards the Financial Services Industry.
He services leading actors in Asset Management and Services, Global Custody and Banking for traditional and alternative assets as well as Wealth Managers.
Bernard David
Partner - Luxembourg International Tax Promotion Leader
Bernard is a partner within the international tax department. He is in charge of an international tax group focused on multinationals (mainly U.S.-based clients) investing in Europe.
Bernard serves large international and multinational companies for group restructurings.
He was part of the International Core of Excellence (ICE)/Luxembourg desk in Deloitte Tax LLP's New York office on a two-year assignment.
John Psaila
Partner - Reputation and Risk Leader
John joined Deloitte in 1995 and is currently a client service partner in our Luxembourg practice. In an evolving regulatory environment,
John is considered both internally and externally, to be a subject matter expert in relation to the framework governing the operation of public companies in Luxembourg.
He has also led a number of engagements for Companies seeking an initial public offering and/or the issuance of debt instruments on recognised stock exchanges.
