Being active proponents of inclusion and celebrating diversity, both at the workplace and in our everyday life outside of the office is at the heart of Deloitte’s commitment to make an impact that matters.
While we ensure to be taking concrete action all year, including through our GLOBE network and its Allies - a platform dedicated to fostering awareness and providing a safe space of dialogue for our LGBT colleagues - there are also time where celebrating in the simplest form, is all it take to bring people together, demonstrate our unwavering support, and get this unique sense of a community united by shared values of respect, diversity and inclusion.
So for the first time this year, Deloitte Luxembourg decided to be an official sponsor of the Luxembourg Pride 2022, which took place in Esch-sur-Alzette.
A group of more than 30 energetic and festive LGBT colleagues and Allies participated in the Equality march and made us proud.
