Your recruitment process

Here below you will find our classic recruitment process in order to get hired and join our teams. We ensure to optimise the timing between each step.

Recruitment Days

Beside the classic recruitment process we also organize recruitment days for juniors and trainees. During an entire day you will get to know more about the firm, have different interviews and tests or business cases to perform and network with people from the business to get a real insight into life at Deloitte. You receive the feedback at the end of the day, and may leave with a job offer!


Recruitment agenda

We are recruiting all along the year depending on our needs. However, in Audit we have a specific agenda: we are selecting from November to June for a starting date in October; and we are selecting from February to October for a starting date in January.

 
 
 
 
  1. Create your online profile
  2. Pre-selection of candidates by our recruitment team. You might be contacted for an HR phone interview and have online tests to complete (English, verbal and numerical).
  3. Face to face interview with different assessments
  4. Successful candidates will receive an offer. Unsuccessful candidates will be personally informed.
