Business Issue

In the context of “Domestic Retail Banking”, “Private Banking” and “Corporate Banking”, the Bank wanted to define a strategic vision and multi-channel distribution plan within a 3 to 5 year timeframe. 


Solution

Through a methodological approach conducted in collaboration with relevant client teams, the following strategic analyses were performed:

  • Vision and positioning of the client for the next 3 to 5 years per business line
  • External analysis / benchmarking / best practices collection of the multichannel distribution aspects in Europe 
  • External analysis / benchmarking / best practices collection of the multichannel distribution aspects in Luxembourg 
  • Macro-economic analysis of the Luxembourg market and « Grande Région »

Deloitte further supported the client in the following aspects / working streams:

  • Internal analysis of the multi-channel distribution aspects 
  • Definition of the multi-channel strategic distribution plan
