The Deloitte conference on the CSSF Circular 18/698 held in October 2018 gathered 280 participants during which speakers and panellists were invited to share their views on this Circular and its application. Through live polls, approximately 200 audience members covering 70 percent of largest Luxembourg Fund Management Companies, had the opportunity to comment on the main challenges brought by this Circular. This publication set forth the results of these live polls.
