As an alternative, many organizations are turning to hybrid cloud models. Going hybrid provides many cloud benefits—centralized, management, security, orchestration and automation—without having to move all applications to the cloud. And, with hybrid-cloud models, companies can also effectively leverage IOT and edge computing.
