Antoine Reginensi

Antoine joined Deloitte in April 2018 and is currently a Manager in the Operations Excellence & Human Capital department, where he participates in HR Transformation and HR Technology projects. He mostly focuses on HRIS transformation projects, with an emphasis on implementation and change management. Furthermore, with his eclectic project experience, Antoine now focuses on HRIS implementation and integration projects and is therefore able to manage each stream of an HRIS delivery: selection, plan, design, build, deploy and support.

Prior to joining Deloitte, Antoine worked as an Associate Consultant for a consulting company where he was assigned to missions for both public and private sector clients over several HR/IT subjects such as: Core Human Resources and Payroll, Payroll Administration, Workforce Management, Document Management, HRIS project management, HRIS implementation and blueprint. He holds a Master II from IAE de Paris/Sorbonne Business School.
