Member of the RegWatch Team, development of a regulatory watch offer and service. Expertise linked to EU affairs, with focus on Financial Market and product regulations: MIFID, PRIIPS, MAR, CSD-R, EMIR, AIMFD and UCITS (regarding depositary rules) as well as global principles on financial market regulations.

I have Expertise on MIFID since 2003 preparatory work and lobbying. MIFID II: I coordinated work at ABBL (working groups, CSSF meetings) and I actively prepared MIFID Guidelines (I and II). I drafted responses to all ESMA and EU Commission consultations on MIFID/MIFIR. I Participated to hearings at EU Commission and ESMA and was a member of the European banking Federation MIFID working group, member of the Financial Market Committee. I was also member of the IBFED (global banking federation Financial Market) and lobbied on PRIIPS and MIFID/MIFIR related regulations at a global level.

I also have expertise in regulations addressing post-trade services (settlement, clearing, EMIR, SFTR, ECB T2S and CSD-R) as well as CFTC derivatives reporting. I was member of a sub-WG of the European Post trade forum of the EU Commission. I was a member of the BCL T2S National User Group.

I was representative of the ABBL at CSSF Comités: OPC, Dépositaires and SICAR. I contributed to the production of ALFI and ABBL depositaries guidelines.

Regulatory wise, I have good command of the EU Commission CMU project, including active lobbying on the prospectus regulation and the securitization regulation. I intervened actively in the MMF (money market fund regulation). I am also interested in shadow banking regulations, blockchain and asset segregation (UCITS/Custody and CSD).
