Emmanuelle is a Director at Deloitte Luxembourg, and is responsible for the firm’s corporate brand strategy and its excellence agenda. The firm’s corporate brand strategy comprises the overall determination of the firm’s transversal brand positioning and the consequent implementation of consistent communication protocols within and outside the firm. The firm’s excellence agenda comprises various concrete initiatives aimed at fostering a culture of continuous improvement, both in terms of the services rendered by the firm to its clients, and the services rendered by the firm’s support functions to its client facing professionals. A key element of this is the firm’s Client Experience programme, which includes the systematic assessment of the quality of the firm’s strategic client relationships based on periodic interviews of key stakeholders.
In parallel, Emmanuelle coordinates the firm’s standing within the Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu network, and in liaison with the firm’s Chairman, ensures that the firm constantly meets and exceeds the high standards set by the network of which it forms part. She reports directly to the Executive Committee.
Emmanuelle has previously managed various other transversal and strategic projects, including the firms’ innovation initiative and the firm’s Mind and Market initiative. At an international level, she was responsible for the coordination of the network’s EMEA Chinese Services Group.
Emmanuelle also has a decade of experience as an international tax advisor and has capitalised on this experience by subsequently coordinating Deloitte Luxembourg’s tax function’s marketing initiatives.
She holds a Masters degree in Economics (Paris Assas), an Advanced Masters degree in Tax Management (ESC Lille) and is a qualified accountant (« expert comptable ») in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.
