Erika Bourguet

Erika joined Deloitte in 2017 in the Strategy, Regulatory & Corporate Finance department where she currently focuses on the Banking Industry, helping clients to face strategic and regulatory challenges.

Erika has strong expertise in leading projects in the Banking industry, on strategic, regulatory and outsourcing projects. She particularly has significant experience in the definition of corporate and business unit strategies as well as M&A related topics. Erika led large strategic projects including a BPO project and MIFID II implementation. Erika is used to work in closed collaboration with Management Board members and CEO’s.

Before joining Deloitte Luxembourg, Erika worked as head of the strategy department of a major universal bank in Luxembourg as well as head of organization in a Private Bank in Belgium. Before focusing on strategy and organization matters, Erika worked as marketing manager for a financial industry services company while co-leading marketing evening classes at Solvay Business School in Belgium (on market surveys). Before working 12 years in the financial sector, Erika was a management consultant with McKinsey.

Erika holds Masters and Bachelors degrees in Business Administration from Louvain School of Management in Belgium. Erika also holds a PMI/PMP Project Management Certification.
