Francesca is an Advisory & Consulting Partner at Deloitte Luxembourg with fifteen years of specialized experience in strategy and regulatory advisory.
As part of her role, Francesca leads the firm’s Sustainability practice, where she helps clients navigate ESG and sustainable finance regulations and strategies. Francesca also sits in the Board of LHoFT and leads Deloitte Luxembourg’s Chinese service group for the financial services industry (FSI).
She is the project and team leader of multiple projects that lie at the intersection of strategy, regulatory constraints and operations, and where she combines her understanding of methodologies with close attention to deadlines, cross-functional dependencies, budgets, priorities and cultural aspects.
Francesca has been organizing and hosting MOMENTUM since 2022.
