François Bade joined Deloitte Luxembourg in 2017. Today, he leads the Human Capital department where he is involved in all manner of human resources consulting, including change management for many major players in the Luxembourg market. He is also in charge of Deloitte Luxembourg’s retail banking sector, managing strategy, coordination of large-scale projects, remediation, steering, and sales best practices. In addition, François is also part of Deloitte Digital and created both the DLearn (blended learning solutions) and DQuality (measurement of perceived and observed quality) service offerings.
On a daily basis, François works across the following areas:
- Development of training plans
- Talent management
- Change management
- Distribution, strategy design, and deployment
- Optimization of customer services and quality management
- Dashboard design
- Coordination of multidisciplinary and extended teams
- Financial and KPI project monitoring
- Internal, commercial, and institutional communication
- Innovation and digitalization.
Before joining Deloitte, François worked for the BPCE Group for 13 years, first as Head of Mission at the General Inspection across Europe, then as Marketing, Distribution, Communication, and Sales Director for a Caisse d’Epargne entity. During this time, he served retail and corporate clients online and offline, and was in charge of the reorganization and animation of the entire distribution network of 229 branches, with a special focus on digital development.
François is also an expert in sales methodology, organizing and leading numerous training programs.
