Justine Jerome

Justine joined Deloitte in September 2012 where she is currently Director within consulting services at Deloitte Luxembourg.

Her competencies mainly cover business analysis, as well as programme management on regulatory and IT implementation engagements within the insurance and public sector industries. She gained skills in programme management on large-scale programmes with rigid time constraints aiming at, for example, implementing a value chain to ensure the timely compliance of an important Belgian insurer with the Solvency II requirements, setting-up an insurance company specialized in Wealth Services in Luxembourg or supporting the business operational readiness after the meger of two insurance entities.
