Jean-Michel is a Partner within the tax department and has almost 15 years of experience in international tax.
Jean-Michel has an extensive experience in Luxembourg and international tax issues including M&A and Transfer Pricing. He focuses on serving US multinational groups doing business in Europe by structuring the acquisition of EU and non-EU companies. He gained a high expertise in post-merger integration or spin-off planning.
Jean-Michel is also assisting client in intra-group financing restructuring such as cash-pooling, treasury and finance activity. He participated to EU IP migration to Luxembourg and has a strong knowledge in IP strategies, roles and responsibilities in light of group TP policy.
Jean-Michel is French and graduated in tax law (Master of Dijon).
