Laure Paul

Laure is Director in our Luxembourg Cross-Border Tax – M&A department and has over 12 years of experience in international tax for private equity clients based in Europe and in the US.
Laure has experience in advising companies on performing efficient outbound and inbound cross-border transactions including M&A acquisitions, assistance with structuring acquisitions and repatriation of income.

Her areas of expertise consist of managing and implementing international tax projects such as setting up holding and financing structure for private equity clients and advising on the tax implications thereof, as well as structuring private equity transactions and management equity plan.
