Marco joined Deloitte Luxembourg in 2002 and he spent 8 years in our Turin office before that. He currently serves as Partner in the audit department for the Commercial, Industrial and Public Sector industry.
Marco has extensive experience in the audit of commercial, industrial and service companies. He is specialized in the audit of financial structures of international groups and in the private equity industry. He has a large experience on consolidated accounts both under Luxembourg GAAP and IFRS. Marco has also led engagements for companies seeking for IPO and issuance of debt instruments on recognized stock exchanges.
Marco leads the Italian desk and the audit Commercial Industrial Service Sector in Deloitte Luxembourg. He is also member of the Alternative Products Commission at the Institut des Réviseurs d’Entreprises (IRE) and actively involved in working groups at the Luxembourg Accounting Standards Commission (CNC).
He holds a Bachelor in Economics from L. Bocconi in Milan and is a réviseur d’entreprises agréé and expert-comptable (Chartered Accountant). He is fluent in Italian, French and English.
