Nicolas Schoukens

Nicolas is a Managing Director in the Luxembourg Corporate Finance Advisory team who focuses on Financial Services. He has more than 8 years’ experience in buy-side and sell-side transactions and due diligence work for private equity clients (including Permira, JC Flowers and Apax Partners), corporate clients (including Clearstream, SGG and GDF Suez). Prior to joining Deloitte, Nicolas worked for the Corporate Finance department of Bank Degroof in Brussels and for Ernst & Young. He has a master in Business Engineering from the Solvay Business School in Brussels.
