Paul joined Deloitte Luxembourg in 2015 as Leader of Deloitte‘s Learning & Development and Sourcing and Recruiting Function. Today, he is the Head of Human Resources for Deloitte Luxembourg where he manages a team of 60+ HR practitioners and is part of Deloitte Luxembourg’s Human Capital Practice leadership team. In these functions, Paul mainly works in the following areas:

  • Staff and Leadership development
  • Managerial training design and delivery
  • Transformation & change managements
  • HR strategy development and implementation
  • Talent competency and performance assessment 
  • Sourcing and recruiting of talent at all levels
  • Organizational design and process redesign
  • Performance management, Metrics and KPI
  • Internal and external HR communication

Besides his role at Deloitte, Paul is Adjunct Professor in the Master of Entrepreneurship and Innovation at the University of Luxembourg, where he teaches since 2016.

Before joining Deloitte, Paul worked for almost 7 years for McKinsey & Company, Inc. as a strategy consultant in transformational change, first in Munich, later in Luxembourg. He served clients in different industries and functions across Europe and was in charge of one of McKinsey’s Leadership development programs which he had co-designed and delivered globally.

Paul holds a Masters in Business Engineering with a focus on computer sciences from the Technical University of Kaiserslautern and an MBA from INSEAD in Singapore and Fontainebleau. Paul is Luxembourgish by nationality and is fluent in Luxembourgish, German, French and English.
