Stamatina joined Deloitte in November 2017 as Senior Manager in the Human Capital Advisory Services department. The areas of her experience include design and implementation of HR strategic projects, including cultural assessment, equal opportunities, planning and implementation of competency based performance management systems, design and conduction of assessment centres, design and roll out of people surveys, design and facilitation of training and development programmes, analysis of job roles and responsibilities, job design and job grading, as well as analysis of training needs, and upskilling. She is an active member of the Deloitte Diversity and Inclusion Committee. Before joining Deloitte, Stamatina was working for more than 10 years for other firms in HR Consulting, for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Greece and for the training sector as a facilitator. She studied International and European Relations, and holds a master’s degree in Human Resource Management & International Employment Relations from London School of Economics.
