Sylvain Santrisse

Sylvain Santrisse is a Director within the Advisory & Consulting Group. He is an experienced leader in executive management and advisory with a broad strategy and operations background touching the Financial Services and Energy, Resources & Industrial sectors.

Formerly CEO of a 150-person global steel manufacturing group subsidiary bringing in more than €100 million revenue per year, Sylvain oversaw the production and sale of 100,000+ tons of steel pipes to 30+ countries and led five production mills and one central administration office. During his tenure, Sylvain transformed a loss-making company into one with an Ebitda margin greater than 15% by: developing a healthy, diverse, and performing team and better customer service; driving operational excellence and cost efficiency; sustaining the new organization with digitalization, energy savings, and CO2 emission reduction while improving quality and safety (through ISO 9001 and 45001 certification).

Sylvain has also held positions as Head of Strategy Europe and Senior Manager in Management Consulting where he defined long-term strategies and led pan-European HR transformation, operational and IT rationalization programs, production units modernization, business development, M&A, fund migration, and regulatory projects in both financial and non-financial sectors.

At Deloitte, he is now focused on developing the fast-growing non-financial sectors in Luxembourg, leveraging his functional coverage in sales and marketing, supply chain and network operations, and transversal support functions in HR, social and public affairs, legal, quality, health and safety, ESG, IT, audit, and finance.

Sylvain was born in Toulouse, France, and has lived near Schengen with his wife and four children for 20 years.
