New transfer pricing requirements - additional administrative burden or business opportunity?

By 2018, new requirements will be introduced in Latvia for documenting and controlling related party transactions. In the transfer pricing seminar, Deloitte Latvia specialists will analyze in details what this means for business and how to use administrative requirements in business analytics.

Our lecturers will share their practical experience looking at the industry's most significant cases of transaction pricing and their assessment methods, and will focus on changes of the Cabinet of Ministers regulations that are expected in 2018.

We will answer the following questions:

  • What can we expect from the new regulatory framework of Latvian legislation in the transfer prices?
  • What are the most significant changes in transfer pricing in the context of tax reform?
  • How can transfer pricing help in business analytics (operational transfer pricing)?

At the seminar, lecturers will also focus on the latest information on the report of the multinational group of companies (CbC report) and its practical application. The seminar will address the requirements and current issues in the Baltic and other European countries, including audit practice, case studies, practical conclusions.
