Edmunds holds the position of Manager at Deloitte Transfer Pricing Services and is a leading state aid expert at Deloitte Latvia. Edmunds has a Professional Master`s degree in Administration of Customs and Taxes from the Riga Technical University. In addition he has a Bachelor`s degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Latvia.
Prior to becoming a transfer pricing professional, Edmunds led the Global Investment and Innovation Incentives team in Deloitte Latvia for several years, focusing on opportunities provided by various Tax incentives and EU funding. Edmunds specializes in state aid matters for more than 14 years. In addition to 7 years of experience within Deloitte, which includes the preparation of investment projects and business plans, he has more than 7 years of experience working at the Ministry of Economics, including the development of various state aid and EU structural funds programs, tax incentives, evaluation and monitoring investment projects.
