VAT Academy Middle East
Introduction to the United Arab Emirates (UAE) VAT proposals
The Ministry of Finance in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) has recently launched a series of VAT awareness sessions to present to advisors and businesses on the progress of VAT implementation. The Ministry gave details about the content of the VAT treaty, and some further details on the VAT policy choices available to the UAE in addition to other key decisions already taken by the UAE.
It is time for businesses in the country to start preparing and to revisit the information given by the Ministry of Finance and analyze in detail what the implications are.
After the success of four Volumes of the VAT Academy’s first course in 2016, Deloitte’s Tax practice in the Middle East is organizing its second VAT Academy course in Dubai and Abu Dhabi on Tuesday, April 18 and Wednesday, April 19, 2017.
