Aleksandra Petrovic

Aleksandra Petrovic is the Director in the Financial Advisory Services department (FAS) at Deloitte Serbia. As a Valuation and Modeling Team Leader, her present role entails responsibilities for the engagements related to valuation and dispute services.

She is a financial valuation professional with over 15 years of experience in providing advisory services in the field of business valuation.

Ms. Petrović has managed large number of valuation and corporate finance projects, including the government related ones. Industry experience includes, but is not limited to energy sector (power, oil &gas sector and mining), health care related entities, holding companies, retail, food processing, hotels, media and telecommunication, transportation, agriculture.

She is specialized in business valuation, intangible assets valuation, dispute valuations, including profit and loss calculations and damages computations, price allocations, impairment testing, reviews of the third parties appraisal, restructuring and corporate finance.

Ms. Petrović is an Accredited Senior Appraiser starting from 2008 and a member of the American Society of Appraisers as well as a member of the Serbian Society of Appraisers.

She is also a registered Court Expert for Economics-Finance by the Ministry of Justice of Republic of Serbia and she is acting as expert witness in both national litigations and international arbitrations.
