The Reshaping Europe series provides insights on Europe’s current challenges, bringing together stakeholders from across the globe to discuss how to build a greener, more digital, and more resilient post-pandemic Europe. Leaders will focus on reconciling EU priorities with the increased need for defense & security as well as the need for effective and united humanitarian approaches.

With peace and security-critical to a human-centric, sustainable future, the inaugural webinar of the Reshaping Europe series will focus on the humanitarian crisis caused by the war in Ukraine. From non-governmental organizations to local and national governments and the EU, a range of institutions are now working to tackle the deep social and economic consequences of the conflict, including providing humanitarian aid, integrating refugees, dealing with rising prices in energy and commodities—and even addressing a potential global food crisis, as noted by the United Nations.
