Deloitte announces appointment of new Director and new Principal

Deloitte has announced the appointment of a new Director and a new Principal within its Financial Advisory function with effect from 1 September 2014. Dimitrios Goranitis has been promoted to the position of Director whilst David Bonett has been appointed to the position of Principal.

Dimitrios joined Deloitte’s Financial Advisory function in 2012 and  has significant  strategy and transactional experience in both the private and public sector including financial services and privatisations. Dimitrios holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Pireaus in Athens and a Master of Business Administration from Pace University – Lubin School of Business, New York USA.

David has 22 years' experience involving , cross-border capital markets advisory, business valuations, due diligence, corporate restructuring, corporate funding and corporate strategy. As part of the Advisory team, he is responsible for debt and capital markets advisory, M&A advisory, due diligence and business valuations.
