Deloitte recognised as a global leader in Workday Human Capital Management by HFS Research
MALTA, 10 August 2018—HFS Research has ranked Deloitte as a global leader in the report, entitled HfS Blueprint Report: Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) Services 2018.
“Deloitte has strong capabilities and experience,” says Khalda De Souza, Research Director and author of the recent HFS Blueprint report on Workday HCM Services. “We placed Deloitte in the leading position in the Winner’s Circle in the report, due to its breadth and depth of service offerings, its global delivery capabilities, and its continuous investment in business-oriented tools. Moreover, clients we spoke with highlighted Deloitte’s expertise in Workday deployments, as well as its strengths in project management and account management”.
“Deloitte is excited and extremely proud of the HfS ranking. As we continue to see rapid changes in the global business environment, Deloitte is focused on providing innovative solutions and company transformations enabled by Workday. This is a key element in helping clients address pressing challenges while unlocking business value,” says John Malikowski, Deloitte Global Workday leader. “Deloitte continues to make ongoing investments within our Workday offering, tools and solution. It is very rewarding to see analysts and clients value what Deloitte is doing to advance the Workday market. Deloitte will continue to innovate and grow its geographic footprint and Workday offerings, differentiating its position as a global provider of transformative Workday services.”
HFS is a consortium-based analyst firm, with independent contractors under the HFS brand. According to HFS, “The HFS Blueprint: Workday HCM Services 2018 is the third iteration of this report. Workday service providers are strengthening their service offerings and their ability to support international deployments to remain competitive in this high-growth market.”
- “Deloitte has experience working on large, complex Workday HCM projects. For example, one project required more than 190 integrations. Deloitte also has one of the largest pool of certified consultants in this report. It is also a leading Workday partner for some of the newer modules, including Workday Planning, Workday Prism Analytics, Workday Learning, and the Workday Cloud Platform Developer Program. Service capabilities are enhanced by access to skills across Deloitte including security, tax compliance, change management, analytics, and mobile. Coupled with its experience in HCM transformation, this enables Deloitte to provide a holistic view of HCM for global clients.”
- “Deloitte has the capability to prime Workday service engagements in most countries where Workday has a presence, including in North America, Latin America, Europe, and Asia Pacific. Deloitte has strengthened its nearshore delivery capability, including new centers in Romania and Mexico. This is particularly important for ongoing optimization services engagements, where clients may require onsite assistance. Local country capabilities enable Deloitte to provide local skills, such as payroll and tax services to clients. One client commended Deloitte on its delivery and support capability in Australia.”
- “Deloitte continues to innovate its Cloud COE Simulators, which provides valuable insight into a Workday deployment. It is now available as a 2.5-day engagement for clients. Deloitte also has business oriented tools, including its ConnectMe portal and analytics tools such as LaborWise and jump-start tools for several industry sectors. Deloitte is also focused on delivering design thinking-based, tailored services and solutions.”
- “Clients highlight Deloitte’s expertise and experience in deploying Workday HCM. One client said Deloitte’s skills were ‘outstanding.’ Clients also mention that Deloitte’s experience in this market is obvious, based on the best practice sharing during projects, and also the service provider’s strength in account and project management.”
