Natasha joined Deloitte Malta in 2019, bringing with her over five years experience in the field of CRM technologies. She has been involved in projects across a handful of industries and has formed part of the Salesforce team at Deloitte Digital since joining.
Upon graduation, Natasha formed part of the CRM team at a local consulting firm and later moved on to leading the internal global CRM technology function for one of the leading international iGaming businesses for over two years. During this time, she was responsible for the definition, architecture, implementation, delivery and support of all CRM related solutions.
Across the projects she has been involved with over the years, she has also gained experience in project management, stakeholder management, requirements gathering, solution design, system administration, development, quality management and user support, amongst other. She has also constructed and delivered onsite training programs and participated in client workshops and presales discoveries.
At Deloitte, Natasha is responsible for the delivery of Salesforce solutions, including project implementations for both public and private clients. She is involved in all stages of the project delivery, including but not limited to presales tasks such as project scope definition, demo delivery and presentation of proposal, pre-implementation analysis, implementation and post-implementation sales and delivery.
